Management in ALL Levels. I have worked at Gaston Memorial Hospital/Caromont for many years. In the past few years I have seen so many people suddenly disappear from the company. There is no value of years of loyal and hard work. Look at management and you will find inept people overseeing those even more experienced and qualified. It's a great mix for corruption and disaster. Check out the turnover rates in many of the departments... that should tell you what you need to know! If you want to advance... it's who you know, not what you know.
