Management has forgotten how to take care of the people. Its become more of a corporation with a push to be more and more lean. The other departments don’t have enough people and pushed hard to hit new corporate goals.

Pros
Everyone in the company genuinely wants to help you as a new associate.
You are treated like an individual person rather than just a number.
The flexibility of being able to work from home to spend more time with family is amazing.
Good company to work for if you need to gain experience, or are young and want to build a long career. A lot of people here have been with the company 10+ years and have built meaningful lives for themselves and their families.
Cons
With so many people having worked only at this company for their entire careers, they are resistant to change. A lot of outdated systems. Pay is comparatively low, at least in the department I was in, and the workload is heavy so you are expected to work overtime. Leaves very little time for any kind of life outside of work.
