      Pros

      The pay is decent and the benefits are solid. One potential pro is there is a lot of overtime.

      Cons

      Overall the company will treat people with little to no respect. It does not matter how it affects the employees as long as it makes them more money. No matter what you do you will not change the way they view you either, no matter how hard you work they will not listen or care.

      Pros

      Everyone in the company genuinely wants to help you as a new associate. You are treated like an individual person rather than just a number. The flexibility of being able to work from home to spend more time with family is amazing.

      Pros

      Good company to work for if you need to gain experience, or are young and want to build a long career. A lot of people here have been with the company 10+ years and have built meaningful lives for themselves and their families.

      Cons

      With so many people having worked only at this company for their entire careers, they are resistant to change. A lot of outdated systems. Pay is comparatively low, at least in the department I was in, and the workload is heavy so you are expected to work overtime. Leaves very little time for any kind of life outside of work.
