      Decent pay, excellent training, overtime available (mandatory), company credit card, company vehicle, decent benefits

      Cons

      Mandatory overtime and pushed expectations, family not always prioritized, not much support if you can't make the company money (i.e. out for injury)

      Thank you for your positive review. As we continue to strive to become a better organization we rely on feedback from our current and former associates. We do offer unlimited overtime of some of our hrly employees, however we do not require mandatory overtime as we want to truly embody the work/life balance culture we have created.       Pros

      Everyone in the company genuinely wants to help you as a new associate. You are treated like an individual person rather than just a number. The flexibility of being able to work from home to spend more time with family is amazing.

      Pros

      Good company to work for if you need to gain experience, or are young and want to build a long career. A lot of people here have been with the company 10+ years and have built meaningful lives for themselves and their families.

      Cons

      With so many people having worked only at this company for their entire careers, they are resistant to change. A lot of outdated systems. Pay is comparatively low, at least in the department I was in, and the workload is heavy so you are expected to work overtime. Leaves very little time for any kind of life outside of work.
