      Pros

      The sales organization, the service organization, company profit sharing, monthly events, great imputed income for sales and service.

      Cons

      Company-issued laptops need work as ThinkPad is an inferior brand vs. other options, and in-house accounting, and service tracking systems are archaic and need to be upgraded.

      Pros

      Everyone in the company genuinely wants to help you as a new associate. You are treated like an individual person rather than just a number. The flexibility of being able to work from home to spend more time with family is amazing.

      Pros

      Good company to work for if you need to gain experience, or are young and want to build a long career. A lot of people here have been with the company 10+ years and have built meaningful lives for themselves and their families.

      Cons

      With so many people having worked only at this company for their entire careers, they are resistant to change. A lot of outdated systems. Pay is comparatively low, at least in the department I was in, and the workload is heavy so you are expected to work overtime. Leaves very little time for any kind of life outside of work.
