      Pros

      The best thing about working with Carolina Handling is the group of people you get to work with. Everyone seems to want to help one another succeed. You are not micro-managed and rapport with upper management is positive. I feel like I can approach them with concerns around opportunities or areas I need help on with a customer.

      Cons

      Internal structure and overall process organization. This is a work in a progress and there has been improvement over the years but still needs attention.

      Pros

      Everyone in the company genuinely wants to help you as a new associate. You are treated like an individual person rather than just a number. The flexibility of being able to work from home to spend more time with family is amazing.

      Pros

      Good company to work for if you need to gain experience, or are young and want to build a long career. A lot of people here have been with the company 10+ years and have built meaningful lives for themselves and their families.

      Cons

      With so many people having worked only at this company for their entire careers, they are resistant to change. A lot of outdated systems. Pay is comparatively low, at least in the department I was in, and the workload is heavy so you are expected to work overtime. Leaves very little time for any kind of life outside of work.
