      - Turn key automations systems integrator - The company and market are recession proof - Performance driven and competitive environment (team atmosphere) - Great income earning potential (check out RepVue) - The people here are talented and eager to help - Tons of growth opportunities

      Cons

      - It does take time to build your book of business. There are uncapped commissions and lots of ways to make money, but the first year is a grind. - There are so many products and solutions to learn. The go to market strategy is best adopted by a curious and hungry personality. - Reps are given the freedom to win or fail - no CRM activity logging

      Pros

      Everyone in the company genuinely wants to help you as a new associate. You are treated like an individual person rather than just a number. The flexibility of being able to work from home to spend more time with family is amazing.

      Pros

      Good company to work for if you need to gain experience, or are young and want to build a long career. A lot of people here have been with the company 10+ years and have built meaningful lives for themselves and their families.

      Cons

      With so many people having worked only at this company for their entire careers, they are resistant to change. A lot of outdated systems. Pay is comparatively low, at least in the department I was in, and the workload is heavy so you are expected to work overtime. Leaves very little time for any kind of life outside of work.
