Pros
Leadership development is so important at Carolina Handling, that they built an entire curriculum to assist their leaders in their journey! After successfully completing this program that was led by training, executives, and outside resources, I can say I am ready to impact my people in a positive way! This company not only says they want you to be better, but they prove that through their investment!
Cons
The pace of growth continues to illustrate the need for improved processes and technology. Both are in the works and can't get here quick enough!
