Pros
Hybrid schedule with most days working from home. HR tried mandate multiple days in the office but most managers do what they want and we don’t go in but a few days a month. There’s always food provided from events or food trucks or trainings around the office. Some pretty cool employees who work hard and they’re fun to be around.
Cons
Company has increasingly become more interested in revenue and sales numbers than taking care of their employees. Making changes to benefits that don’t “benefit” the employee. Unless you’re a swiftie you probably won’t get any help from HR. Some departments seem to hire from the dark ages - if you’re a good employee you get to be the next manager.
