Competitive pay. Straight forward job responsibilities. Good coworkers.

Cons

Horrible benefits program. Terrible work schedule. The worst HR department that I've ever seen. Lack of maintenance on machines, heavy equipment, and trailers. Insulting management. Blantant and abnormal preferential treatment of office workers.

Entry level friendly, not too difficult, 4 days on 4 days off, overtime is always there if you want it

Cons

Pay ain't that high, long hours, only two 15 min breaks and one 30 min lunch break, possibly a night shift only position
