-Good comp package, with equity + 401k match + equity. -Cool swag and casual dress code. -In some teams (data science, data ops) you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the smartest people you can find.

Cons

-The new Product "leadership" that came from Farmers is an absolute fraud. They don't know what they're doing. -40% revenue drop in 2023. -Low morale.
