Pros
The comp is fantastic. The benefits are really quite good. The domain is incredibly fascinating and the chance to work with metallurgists is really awesome. Data science in metallurgy is also pretty state of the art.
Cons
The data science department is hot garbage because the "manager" is a paranoid, narcissistic personality disorder with no respect for any other professional, absolutely zero people skills, and an inability to listen or pay attention to other people. If it weren't for this person in a leadership position, I would 100% recommend this position and this company for aspiring and accomplished technical professionals.
