Micromanaged Overworked - Anonymous employee Carpenter Technology Employee Review

Management is verbally disparaging. There is no separation of work/personal life. High stress and ridiculous expectations. Micromanaging and disrespect. Many of the people in charge have degrees, but no idea how to do the actual work. Insurance is very expensive. Favoritism is a big issue here in moving up as well.
