We had a great team environment and very clear goals. The management team always made a strong commitment to operational excellence from the top down.
Cons
Sometimes driven by economic indicators than long term strategy. There can be some second guessing or 'about-faces' over a short term period but even this is done for the long term good of the company through the eyes of Wall Street.
