Pros
The people are great, the base comp is fair, mid level management care about their people. Health benefits excellent.
Cons
Some of the c suite place higher priority on profits/numbers than supporting their people. Not all departments but where this occurs, there are challenges with retention, and engagement which exacerbates the quality and service CTC is able to provide. Also challenges with variable pay structure and bonuses outlined in offer letters can be misleading- it would be more transparent if CTC just said bonuses are discretionary based on location performance rather than floating a specific number in front of candidates and calling it total comp-be wary.
