      Laid back, flexible schedule most of time

      Cons

      Favoritisms. Inappropriate partner conduct. New partner is horrible to work with. Several that control what goes on in office make all the decisions and no concern for others. Upper management has no idea what goes on in office and the bad environment. No room for growth.
