      ER is a challenging place to work but it has good team work and you learn a lot. Management tries to help and actually cares about us.

      Pros

      Teamwork is one of the best I've had. This does not include leadership. The co workers you have will be there for you. New director has actually helped the department.

      Cons

      Leadership is often absent. Some night charge nurses should not be in leadership. If you have to resort to bullying and harrasment then leadership is not for you.
