no opportunity for advancement or career development. the maintenance department has been understaffed for 3 years. Required to work every third weekend and a majority of holidays. Due to the inability to fill the open maintenance positions you are also required to pick up additional nights and weekends with little to no regard towards your personal life There is a noticeable negative attitude in the maintenance shop due to managements know-it-all attitude.
