      Location is excellent if you are desiring a minimal commute to work and like working close to home. The cancer center is brand new and beautiful

      Cons

      Management is in transition and minimally engaged in their actual quality and care on individual units. The MIDAS system of reporting is used in a punitive manner

      ER is a challenging place to work but it has good team work and you learn a lot. Management tries to help and actually cares about us.
