With the staffing shortage, there is ample opportunity to make a lot of extra money by picking up shifts. Was just recently given a salary adjustment per market worth
Cons
Too busy to give quality patient care that I desire. Too much redundancy when documenting. Difficult to take desired time off during the summer and need to request time off at least 6-8 weeks in advance.
