Not only is it great to be in a business that helps improves the lives of others, but it's fun! The work is rewarding and far from boring. I am always excited to engage and collaborate with my coworkers. People you enjoy being around- Everyone works together no matter their age, job title, department, years of experience, etc. The employees at Cartegraph are genuinely happy, nice, friendly people. I never walk by someone without receiving a smile or a "Hi, how are you?". Transparency- Whether it’s a product update, new hire joining the team, or an employee’s birthday, everyone at CG knows about it- and that’s a good thing! Having an open and effective communication channel allows everyone within the organization to feel included and valued. Continuous feedback- Receiving advice and recognition from fellow team members and managers/leaders rocks.
