Pros
Strong regional management, decent wages, opportunity to grow, get to work with awesome people and great customers. Policies are clear but still developing.
Cons
Lots of hard work, high associate turn around, company is behind the times in some areas (eg. Old computer programs, lack of technology, interdepartmental communications, etc.)
