Pros

Worked with the company for many years and really enjoyed what i did until the past few years. My workload has always been crazy but it didn't matter because I loved the brand and respected my leaders. Always felt good the see everything come to life and your leader saying thank you. Now, everything is one sided.

Cons

New management needs to hire more people to do the actual work. Spend the days in meetings while work keeps piling up with no one to do it. Company provide Carter's University but with all the work, I cannot take advantage of it as I'm juggling 3 person workload. Keep hiring people that are not the right fit for company or know how to do the work. They too busy focusing on degrees and the people don't have the right work ethic or experience.
