Pros

Pay was good as management and clothes are great.

Cons

Too pushy with their loyalty program. District Managers only concerned about Key Preformance Indicators and how it affects them. Money, money, money is all this company is after. Changes in sales are short notice (Monday night at 6 pm for opening at 10 am the next day) and get out by 10 pm so usually 2 to 3 hours to major sets and price changes for hundreds of items.
