25% discount Cons outweighed the pros extremely

Cons

Constantly yelled at by customers because of the fluctuating prices, items being priced different in clearance based on size even though its same color. Corporate would get mad at stores for the littlest complaint. $25 gift card sent to people who would call with negative experience so you would have fake complaints. If you had a compliment you would not even get a good job from district manager or regional you would only get a reaction from them if you had a problem. District manager would only come around once every couple months and the regional manager only showed up 1 of the 5 times he said he would come to our store.
