Pros
The job isn't hard, and the atmosphere is generally inviting. The people I worked with were nice. I didn't receive any benefits, but I was only part time, so that's expected. The company stands for excellent customer service, which is respectable.
Cons
If you value your weekends, DO NOT work here. I worked at the Charlotte Premium Outlets Carter's/Osh-Kosh Side by Side. I had to work EVERY Saturday unless I requested off, and near the end, it was Saturday and Sunday. I have special circumstances that make working EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND very unsettling. The management is generally ok, but they stress PC (Preferred Customer) WAY TOO MUCH. I didn't get near enough hours. Almost every hour I worked was a weekend. Didn't even make enough to pay my car payment every two weeks.
