Pros
Great team, good benefits, 401k matched(depending on how well the company did in the year) flexibility on availability(depending on position part or full time), prefers to hire from within, personal development to retain employees and promote them is important, store managers are given control of their store(to a certain extent) and is in charge of scheduling, hiring, firing, and how much interest they have with your development with the company(luckily I have a great store manager and had a district manager equally as committed to getting me, and the rest of the staff, where we wanted to be in our career with the company).
Cons
Communication can be lacking at times, policy changes for daily tasks at the store keep changing (depending on how you see it, it can be a good thing that corporate is trying to improve efficiency, but on the other hand it just disrupts daily procedures), some points you're yearly reviewed on are beyond your control
