I would have stayed working at Carter's but I needed to grow my career in a different dirrection. -Carter's offered an amazing environment and community. Team building and moral boosting events were common. -Events that gave back to the community. -Relaxed office environment -Some flexibility with hours depending on your department -Understanding of home/life balance -Benefits
Cons
- Occasional long hours if you were working on a project but with the flexibility you were offered it is not common and completely understandable. -Depending on the department growth could be difficult or there is no obvious movement. However hiring internally does occur quite frequently
