Fun job - Sales Associate Carter's Employee Review

I had a great experience working for Carter's as a part time cashier. Scheduling was flexible, they offer benefits to part-time employees, and I liked all my co-workers. I'm sure it varies store to store like most retail jobs, but I felt that sales and credit card sign-up goals were pushed but not to a toxic degree. If you were struggling, coaching was approached constructively and positively, which helped me gain more confidence and improved my performance. My only complaint was the pay. I was told by managers that even their pay was very low. Overall, great working environment, seems to attract generally positive people to work with, low pay scale.
