Generous employee discount. The hourly employees are great!
Cons
The store manager and fulltime assistant manager are not good people. The store manager is fake and manipulative. She is raciest, which is ironic, because of her immigration status! She uses people to suit her personal needs. Her personal relationship with one employee created a hostile work environment for everyone else. The fulltime assistant manager is spiteful, and both managers use retaliation as a weapon. There are very little hours available for employees and what hours are available are given to the managers favorits.
