Business Outlook
Pros
Worked with a lovely group of ladies who were kind and worked well as a team. It didn't feel competitive or intimidating. I felt I was valued and supported as an individual worker. It was flexible when I needed (mostly) which helped a lot during my time working there.
Cons
Struggled to progress in the store and did not get promotions that I had worked towards. It became difficult to remain in the loop on things that were important for my future with the company. Lots of gossip behind the scenes.
