Pros

Its a lot of fun working with parents and kids! The return policy is great, and theres always something to do, so you're never bored.

Cons

First off, the turnover rate is RIDICULOUS. Hours are very inconsistent, the pay is not competetive at all, and call in shifts have you sitting around waiting for what will likely be a day without work (or pay). Training is also very inconsistent. Managers do not invest any time in staff, so most of their training comes from calling other stores with questions. Upper management is a joke- they very clearly do not respect their employees, and ANY kind of change (most notably promotions) happen at a glacial pace. My store lost so many great employees because they strung them along with the hint of a promotion that they clearly would not deliver. And I can only speak for my own area, but management is extremely condescending.
