Pros

Good industry (webmarketing), good prospects (E-commerce), good product !

Cons

Poor (sales) team leadership that bring no value to the table to help the team go beyond their initial skills. Lack of technical knowledge from part of the management, which cause confusion and inadequate decisions.

We’re happy to hear that you like our product and the industry. :) In the past 6 months we have experienced an accelerated evolution of our product and we are still in the process of onboarding everyone with the new technical features. We have also started growing our team and finding people who fit our company dynamic, so it’s still a work in progress. But also the exciting part of working at a startup. We acknowledge your feedback. Our first step is to provide more trainings, including to the managers. As we are growing super fast, we are also making plans to invest more in Human Resources.

Pros

Great internship experience! - Lots of hands on experience. I had the chance to work on and take ownership of really cool projects. My supervisor always empowered me to run with an idea and made sure that I had the support and resources to achieve success. - Very personal internship. If you specifically want to learn something, you can ask your manager and they will go out of their way to teach you. - Everyone eats lunch together everyday, so the team is very close :) Encouraged to push yourself and given plenty of opportunities to do meaningful work.

Cons

Young company, so be prepared to adapt to different situations.

Casual and relaxed work atmosphere

Cons

This company will implode within 6 months due to micro management from corporate office in Europe. Though my experience working here in the states was mediocre. This is only because my immediate employer was based in the US.
