Pros

Unity and support! The best student-centric, mapped out education for kids at a college prep school. Environments are safe; kids are loved; families involved!

Cons

The ever present tension between tuition parents pay and what employees can be paid. However, employees can get an associate degree in early learning completely scholar-shipped! More education equals higher wages.

Great environment and people. The principals are someone who really care for their schools, staff and students.

Cons

They pay was not always great and some kids were difficult to work with but would do it again!
