Pros

You’ll get good childcare experience and training.

Cons

They don’t care about you, but they’re great at pretending they do. This “family” work environment is a trap, and they will over-extend you. Give them an inch and they will take a mile.

Great environment and people. The principals are someone who really care for their schools, staff and students.

Cons

They pay was not always great and some kids were difficult to work with but would do it again!
