Pros
The biggest plus i noticed from this company was how much the C.O.O, president, and hireups genuinely care and strive to take care of there employees. 2 months in of working there, I had a hella busy night and loaded 26 pallets. The next day the C.O.O walks up to me while I'm working and says " So you were killing it last night huh?! 26 loads that's crazy! I just wanted to tell you how amazing you've been doing and thank you. Then hands me 20$ and a company sticker and tells me just to make sure I don't over do it. Lol. I have literally never worked for a company that actively notices,appreciates, and rewards there employees for doing a good job.
Cons
The pay is honestly pretty horrible. That's literally the only downside of working at Cascade Coffee. Eventhough that's typically the first and most important thing you look for in employment, I can truly say that personally, the way the company treats there employees easily makes up for the low wage.
