Pros
The people are friendly, the work environment is awesome and the company really shows that they care for the hourly employees. it's been nice to see the front office come and help make materials when needed and help us run machines. I really hope they keep it up!
Cons
work can be mind numbing if you are working on the line, a lot of repetitive work. I could work elsewhere and make an extra buck or two starting out. pay raises are crap, a lot of talk from the front office about having a higher pay and yet have seen it. honestly my last raise made me start looking for others jobs since my value over the year was so low to them but I feel like I contribute a lot for my shift. It would be nice to see the company invest in the employees pay and make that a top priority. the production floor is struggling to keep people due to pay, a lot of great workers have left due to that. fix the pay issue and you have fixed your staffing issue.
