Great people, great team, and great opportunities for growth. The business has rapidly changed over the past year, and it's been exiting to be part of it. Our customer's brands are innovative and fast growing, requiring us to be completely on our game. We're finally in a good place in regards to staffing, and the results are showing. Improvement and innovation are firmly in our DNA which will continue to drive business and financial results. Our leadership team has a ton of experience, both internally and externally. The new ownership team has invested heavily in bringing in new leaders to help drive the business forward, while maintaining the existing culture that makes us special. We've also invested heavily in equipment with an entire new manufacturing line and automation/robotics. We continue to move forward on the path to be a Best in Class manufacturer.
