Their facilities are generally older and less efficient than the Canadian facilities. The company has trouble focusing their capital program and they continue to fund the Canadian facilitiies over the US side even though the US growth rate and potential is higher. They are also very slow to react to the market moving to TAD products and that will hurt them in the end.
