Business Outlook
Pros
Have priveledges of seeing the materials products and services changes. The machinery and equipment usages and operations transgressions under the employees including union members was a delight. The abilities of management making it all transpire was awesome.
Cons
Cutbacks lost my incentive to stay aboard as overtime was eliminated and so I left when the material wealth ran drier and the dead end seemed larger to life.
