Lot of politics at the higher level and not a equitable company - Director Cascades Employee Review

In my division, we have been non profitable. Higher management are not enough grounded of what is happening on the field and lower level. People are working more than 45 hours per week, not necessarily recognized for their accomplishments and extra hours, unbalanced work life, disorganized because there are so many company projects, higher management is not aligned in terms of each department objectives and my former boss is there for himself. He is very political and even Cascades pro es very nice values, it’s a front amongst higher management and some of them are not coherent.
