-Incredible industry in the best Niche. -They have great long term customers based on service given in the past though many have left them recently.

Cons

-Poorly managed. -A lot of unhappy employees that are overworked and underappreciated(the ones that aren't family) but feel trapped by an aggressive non-compete.
