Pros
The benefits are definitely amazing.
Cons
The hours can be long. There’s not always support from management. They do not like to answer phone calls and you don’t really have the authority to make decisions to help the customer when there’s an issue they have. Issues with other employees are rarely resolved. The may be discussed but nothing seems to be solved.
