Pros
The work was easy, and they pay was great for the job.
Cons
Our particular store had a bad time of not following through when it was reported that other employees weren't doing their job. Ultimately that was why I left. My co-worker in the kitchen refused to make the pizza's how we were supposed to, he never cleaned the machines right, and acted like he was the boss, even though I had been there for 6 months longer than he had been. My boss refused to even look into the fact he wasn't cleaning the dough machine(a BIG HEALTH HAZARD!!!) and so I ultimately quit when a child asked if he could make a pepperoni pizza for the warmer(something we are expected to do upon customer request) and he told the kid no. So I half pushed him out of the way and told the kid I would make it real quick. My coworker was an awful human being and they lost a good employee because of it. Our cooler/work table for the food preparation was also a joke. When I started working there, one of the two doors was kind of broke. After working there for several weeks I noticed that the door's rubber sealing piece was covered and filled with black mold. (Something I reported) I worked there for 8 months and it was never replaced in the time I worked there. My manager informed me that the higher up's didn't see it as a necessary replacement. Eventually the already busted door straight up fell off and we had to tape a bag over it... They finally got a new one about 4 months after I quit.
