Management is beyond hypocritical, they get on regular employees for not doing something right, yet they do what they yell at us about and get away with it. I’ve been working here for almost 2 years and only get paid 8.75 an hour, but there are people that have worked 1/4 of the time I worked and make 9.25 an hour. Every time I ask management why, they won’t give me any answers. Extreme favoritism, managers let thier favorite employees get away with anything, whereas everyone else gets punished for minuscule things
