Pros
-Friendly work environment. -Flexible working hours.
Cons
-Very little if any communication between teams. -Expected to pick of slack of other teams. -Casey's wont hire more than the bare minimum so developers have to wear multiple hats and fulfill multiple roles. ( BA role, QA role, Devops role, the support role and sometimes the manager role as well as many others. ) -Not given the tools to be successful. -The culture is all about profit and the bottom line. (not employee friendly) They talk about big game about culture and being employee-focused but they don't back it up with actions. Most requests/suggestions go unheeded and trying to get anything done in regards to process improvement or technology upgrades to better improve work efficiency requires a lot of extra leg work since management wont have your back.
