Pros

Crew members are typically genuine and hard working. Doing the right thing is natural with the store crews. The stores serve and connect very closely with the communities they serve in. Every customer becomes family.

Cons

Upper field management have been in their positions for so long they have lost touch with the newer changes and procedures. They have lost the connection that the stores have with the communities and the crews have with one another. The answer to everything is to fire and hire new. Zero training. You are thrown into store operations and must swim or sink and drown. Accounting, purchasing and marketing are years behind every other retailer. Maintenance is the biggest joke of all. The store support team has no incentives to do a good job. Way too many redundancies. The store level employees are forced to fear field leadership or pay grave consequences.

Its close to my home

Cons

Corporate dosent care. They dont maintain equipment or property leave employees to suffer the back lash when customers can't get gas or a slushy. The ac was broken during a heat advisory where feels like was in the low hundreds. They do not allow breaks. Somedays you may go 7 or 8 hours with out even a restroom break.
