My boss tries very hard to work with everyone on any situation. She is the only reason I took my position at work.
Cons
Budget hours are ridiculous!!!! Corporate hands out more work and gives less man power and hours to get anything done! Especially in a 24hr store.... makes no sense that we have less Budget hours then a store that closes overnight! No breaks! Your expected to work straight through even a 9-10 hour shift! If someone calls in your expected to cover there shift. This means you could be working for a 16plus hour shift straight through with no break!!!!
