      Pros

      If working full time for Casey's, you get decent benefits for the work you put in. Dealing with regular customers really makes this job fun and enjoyable.

      Cons

      This company really doesn't appear to care about worker input. I have tried multiple times to influence management into creating new programs to increase customer experience and company profit, but no one listens.

      Its close to my home

      Corporate dosent care. They dont maintain equipment or property leave employees to suffer the back lash when customers can't get gas or a slushy. The ac was broken during a heat advisory where feels like was in the low hundreds. They do not allow breaks. Somedays you may go 7 or 8 hours with out even a restroom break.
