Pros

I am lucky, I have a great store manager and a large team that has worked together for years. We have learned to adjust through the company's constant changes in upper management and revolving management styles and requirements.

Cons

The company itself micro-manages stores and does not allow immediate management enough rope to make choices. The company is slow at fixing equipment in a timely manner and help desk is extremely slow at replying. Food trucks do not come often enough and routes are too long so the produce comes frozen all winter. Generally, every staff member is overworked and each store is understaffed and not allowed to budget enough hours to get everything done that is asked.

Its close to my home

Cons

Corporate dosent care. They dont maintain equipment or property leave employees to suffer the back lash when customers can't get gas or a slushy. The ac was broken during a heat advisory where feels like was in the low hundreds. They do not allow breaks. Somedays you may go 7 or 8 hours with out even a restroom break.
